Who We Are ?

What is Dhamma?

There is an ever-present and ever-lasting cosmic order that is the primary nature of the universal intelligence. This principle is known as Rta in the Vedic tradition. This eternal and imperishable universal truth is accessible to everyone who seeks it. Once the things of the universe starts encompassing this cosmic order, it become their dharma (dharyati iti dharma). Dhamma is the Prakrit version of the Sanskrit word, Dharma. Dharma is the eternal truth that is experienceable to every seeker across the world. Love and compassion are the beautiful manifestations of this subtle experience.

Our Initiatives

At Dhamma Yoga, we believe that the practice of Yoga can not confine only within the boundaries of your yoga mat. A good practice is like the fragrance of a flower that spreads around spontaneously. Dhamma Yoga volunteers reach out to the society to give their hand wherever needed. Here are a list of some of our initiatives.
