Melody (Mel)
Mel began her holistic journey since 2009 as Reiki Practitioner and a Massage Therapist.
Her journey and passion for yoga began after experiencing body aches and pains from everyday activities. Since the day she joined Dhamma Yoga in 2015, she says she never looked back. Because of her recovery and improved mental, emotional and physical state Melody became an active member and volunteer for Dhamma Yoga.
Dr. Amit Sharma encouraged Melody to start teaching and has become the first accredited Yoga Teacher by Dhamma Yoga and has dedicated her Teaching only for Dhamma Yoga and her private sessions.
